Harrogate Office Refurbishment
MOA has been appointed as technical adviser supporting the client on a project to alter and extend an existing period property to provide new serviced offices. In addition to the technical review and monitoring, MOA has been working with the client to develop the final interior design and Employer’s Requirements, liaising with the design and construction team on detail design and costs. Similarly, MOA is assisting in finalising external works requirements and FFE layouts ahead of letting.
Refurbishment and new interior design for a corporate headquarters.
In association with a project to convert an existing basement to new office accommodation for the building’s landlord, MOA has been appointed by the tenant to fully refurbish and reconfigure the existing upper floors.
The proposals will create a refreshed office environment, drawing on the benefits of the generous room proportions and natural light. Whilst retaining existing period features, the interior design concept introduces a new pallet of warm and neutral tones, natural materials and flexible and controllable artificial lighting.
Dental manufacturing facility fit-out, Bradford
Fit-out of a new industrial unit shell to provide offices, visitor welcome and demonstration area and specialist manufacturing facilities for Techceram Ltd. The project was completed within a strict timetable designed to limit impact on operations and to a tight budget. The fit-out spaces included environmentally controlled clean rooms, requiring careful spatial planning and appropriate technical design.
